Our Team
Founder and Director
Dr Tamsin Hayward is a highly qualified and experienced General Practitioner and Cosmetic Doctor based in Fulham, London. She has more than 15 yrs of medical experience in hospitals and GP surgeries. She has been practising aesthetic medicine for 10 years and performed more than 10,000 treatments.
Dr Hayward founded The Wrinkle Dr Ltd in 2015 and continues to work on a part time basis as an NHS GP. She regularly attends aesthetic conferences and training courses to ensure she is up to date with all the latest cosmetic techniques and products.
Tamsin is renowned for her ‘less is more’ approach and gentle technique. She strives to make you look fresher and less tired whilst looking like you haven’t had any noticeable treatments done.

Dr Shathur is a General Dental Council registered Dentist with special interest in Oral Surgery.
She has a background in Anatomy having completed a BioMedicine (Anatomy) degree prior to her Dentistry degree.
Dr Shathur has been providing facial aesthetic treatment for 6 years now.
She prides herself on her holistic approach to patient care and has completed qualifications in personal training, nutrition, Councilling, psychotherapy, obagi skin care and ZO skin health provider. She is particularly interested in regenerative medicine and the use of Polynucleotides (also known as the ‘salmon sperm facial’).
General and Transplant Surgeon
Dr. Natalie Vallant is a General and Transplant surgeon from Austria. During the last 3 years she has studied for her PhD at Imperial College London and during that time she has worked as a locum registrar in Renal and Transplant surgery within the NHS. Since January 2018 she’s been working as a Renal
and Transplant surgeon at Guy’s and St. Thomas NHS foundation trust.
Due to her interest in aesthetic treatments she trained in Harley Street and joined The Wrinkle Dr in 2017 to conduct Botox & dermal filler treatments.
Anaesthesist
Dr Áine Heaney is a consultant anaesthetist at Guy’s and St Thomas’
NHS Foundation Trust. She received an Honours Degree in Medicine from the National University of Ireland in 2006. Following completion of her anaesthesia training programme Dr Heaney undertook a Fellowship in cardiothoracic anaesthesia at the Royal Brompton Hospital in London. She has completed a Master’s Degree
in Perioperative Medicine at University College London.
Dr Heaney received her qualifications
in aesthetics from Oris Medical at the College of General Practitioners in 2017, joined The Wrinkle Dr in 2019 and provides anti- wrinkle injections, dermal fillers and lip augmentation.
Client Liaison & Business Manager
Nicky joined The Wrinkle Dr as Client Liaison and Business Manager in 2015. She has extensive experience in PA and Operational roles within a variety of industries including interior design, event management and sports sponsorship. Nicky handles all the administrative tasks including bookings, marketing and PR.

Dr Nicola is a General Dental Council registered dentist having graduated from Bristol University in 2005. Having taken a career break to raise her three boys, she decided to diversify her expertise into the field of facial aesthetics. Nicola will be awarded a Level 7 Diploma in Botox and Dermal Fillers (Masters Equivalent qualification) at the prestigious Harley Academy, and she brings her meticulous attention to detail and passion for enhancing natural beauty to every treatment.
Nicola is thrilled to be joining the Wrinkle Dr in January 2025 and is excited to deliver holistic, personalised treatments that focus on achieving natural, balanced results. Her main aim is to ensure patients feel confident and at ease throughout their aesthetic journey in a safe, professional and compassionate environment.
Dr Nicola Silverstone graduated from Glasgow University Medical School in 1999 and spent the greater part of her early career specialising in Psychiatry and Mental Health.
Following a career break to spend time travelling, living in Argentina and raising her young family, Nicola returned to clinical practice during the pandemic, helping to open and run the first mass vaccination centre in south west London as a Clinical Supervisor.
A passion for aesthetics and helping others feel their best led Nicola to training in this field and she started her aesthetics journey with Dr Hayward at The Wrinkle Dr in 2022.
Receptionist
Ava joined The Wrinkle Dr as Receptionist in 2016. Ava has worked in the beauty and cosmetic industry for over 20 years and will warmly welcome you to the clinic assisting with any questions you may have upon arrival.
